Active Form INC-22A

From last two months we were hearing that every Company need to update its registered office photo with MCA in form INC-22A (Acive form) deadline for filing the same form was 25th April, 2019. After that a fine of amount Rs. 10000/- will be charge on form.

ROC has grant extension till 15th June 2019 for Active form. Now we can file form INC-22A without any fee till 15th June 2019.
